Literacy Skills

I provide services aimed at increasing skills in reading and reading comprehension, writing, and spelling. Understanding language, expressing thoughts, and answering questions are all language based skills. Even if spoken language is not a concern, I teach skills that will help students better understand what they read, and write longer and better paragraphs and reports. I also guide clients in finding and using compensatory strategies as needed.
